Angkor Wat (Cambodia)

Angkor Wat is a temple at Angkor, Cambodia, built since the mid 12th century by King Suryavarman II is still standing strong today. The building consists of five tall towers with small temples in the vicinity.

As well as Borobudur and Prambanan temples, Angkor Wat is also famous as a world heritage site with pomp and keeksotikannya. No one expected if in the isolated jungle turns out there is a magnificent and historic building.

Ta Phrom temple so unique, because many temples are 'wrapped' by large trees, and later became so famous temple since been used as a shooting location actress Angelina Jolie in Tom Raider movie.There have been many direct flights from some of the country towards Siem Riep. But if from Phnom Penh, the journey to Siem Riep could use a plane or bus (takes about 7 hours).
